Founder-led, on purpose.
Nextl360 started the way most of our best work still does: a real organization with a real problem that off-the-shelf software didn’t solve well. That project became MyGradewell — and it’s why we still build this way.
We stay small and hands-on by choice. There’s no layer of account managers between you and the people writing your code, and no handoff to a different team once the contract is signed. The same engineers who scope your project are the ones who support it a year later.
That’s also why accessibility and security show up early in our process instead of at the end — they’re easier to get right when they’re part of the plan from day one, not a fix requested after launch.
